I am thinking about the internals.... thats' why i asked if it CAN be submerged.  I would worry about the electrical system.  And as for the gears, and all the other components... i would believe that the water would cause too much resistance making it "stall," or not turn, therefor burning out the motor, unless the motor has already been damaged from water.

well it has been submerged several times and all that happened was i needed to clean the barrel after the game, it fired right after pulling it out of the water just fine, not 100% i'm pretty sure. but yea they are reliable, you have to try to break it!

I just noticed the two threads.  Moved this one from the GD area to the AEG area where it belongs.  Actually, I should have deleted it when I read the first post "Woo Hoo, I orded it from UN someplace!!" as your excitement didn't really add anything to the forums.  But by the time I got there many others had added their $.02, which I a little constructive.

If anyone has anything else to add, feel free to post in the other thread that Silent Dragon started.
