I had heard that there won't be anyone out there anymore come November or so, they sold it to developers.

I hope so...a 24 hour game that was planned there in the immediate future was moved up north for no reason. It would be a shame to see it go.

According to the email newsletter from Mike, the Marauders have SWPB until November '07.  It doesn't say what will happen after that.

I thought I heard him say, at the Last AA game at SWPB, that the land around SWPB had been sold. So he'll prob. just sell again and move further out if he can.

And why no Paintballers?

Southwest Paintball was sold to developers, it'll be torn down and houses put up.  SWPB won't be running any paintball games anymore, but I guess the Marauders have permission to use it until it is torn down, late next year, to run airsoft games.

It also sounds like they'll be running several games a month out there, and offering memberships for the year.
