Best Spring Pistol ever, no joke!
« on: January 18, 2009, 10:07:08 PM »
Even though I have a marui m4 RIS, marui vsr that shoots 500+ fps, marui AK and other AEGs,  I still like the Smith and Wesson Sigma Ultra Grade spring Pistol.

It fires .20g, is as heavy as the real steel.  (I held one at a gun show and I think the softair was heavier)  It fires around 300 fps, and has about an 80 ft accurate range.  It was my sidearm from 2004 to 2007 until I replaced it with a Marui p226 GBB.  I was actually able to get out other players with it who were using AEGs.

I have never been to this airsoft retailer's website before, but this was the first result on Google for this gun.

One of my buddies that I have been gaming with ever since I started in 2003, broke that gun by throwing it on the ground after getting mad that he got out.  I was so bummed out.  He gave me the money for it, but I miss that original gun.  I remember when Softair Depot off of 69th Street and Shea, had a bucket full of them for $15 each. Man those were the days,  going to Softair Depot and buying clearance springers.  We had so many great wars with those.

crapum airsoft gun wars are awesome, me and my friends used to have them and we'd buy like 30 guns, take the best 5 or so, and use the mags for all the rest and use the broken ones as grenades
ahhhh, the days of backyard airsofting...  :-k

I bought a springer P226 back in the mid 90's and used it up until about 2003. I miss playing with it at jackrabbit trail. Those were some epic battles back in those days. Now everyone is worried about getting their 390FPS aeg's to chrono 399fps, just to get every last single inch of range and power out.

This thread was dead so long ago, do yourself a favor and stop posting in every damn thread to raise your post count, no one cares about the darn count anyway. People will appreciate you much more if you save your comments for a well responded answer rather than a bunch of stupid two liners. Also keep in mind that everyone who uses the new post option, (ALL OF US) has to see the magnitude of your BS all over our forum. The best thing you can do right now is stop, and re evaluate. Think about what you are doing, and how it will be seen by others, a little consideration goes a long way, because spamming to raise your post count will get you labeled as a huge forum douche. have a nice day.

i dug out my pistol from my closet and started using it again just shooting coke cans in my backyard and having a good ol time reminiscing and chilling when the slide came right of the top of the gun!!! i've had it for years and had so much fun with it and i went to cock it and it broke. there was no way to fix it either, cheap gunes don't have replaceable parts ofcourse. i decided that instead of buying a new one i'd go and buy a silencer for my mg36
