Just because the weapon in those pics are a metallic silver doesn't mean the final released product will be silver. I've been told that pics of 'silver' weapons are common before a gun is released for sale.

I was not expecting them to be silver, I was assuming they just did that so you knew what was metal.  My guess would be they would make the upper receiver match the rest of the body (black).  There is no indication they plan on making it tan anyways, which is all I ask.

ill pay attention to that site, i didnt know about it till now. are there more or better news sites? and im not too stoked about the SCAR L, but if CA releases a Tavor, it'll be mine haha
