I just picked up a Dell AXIM X5 Advanced model with a few accessories. This thing is unbelievable! I was using a Palm M105, then a Sony CLié 760C (wife is selling her Clie 710C), and now this. I bought the GPS system with mobility pack as well. I also got the 802.11b wireless card and 56k Modem card. I did splurge on a 256MB Secure Digital card with Cruzer. The GPS system is unbelievable! I can do everything from Terminal Service in to the servers I manage (wirelessly from my couch - heh) to play MP3's to even play Quake II on it!
I highly recommend picking one up while Dell has the $50 rebate going on until the end of the month.
