Gaurder Cylinder Set Question
« on: July 12, 2007, 09:49:38 AM »
http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/a ... odID=17662

I have a CA M15A4 and I need to replace the piston head, piston, and Air Nozzle.  I just wanted to check to make sure this cylinder in the set from Gaurder would work with the M15A4.

Thanks,
John

I would rather have an unported cylinder, but yes, otherwise.

PS - ArmA sucks, were you joking about it being cool?

Have you played it?  I guess are definition of cool games are different.  Kinda like MAC vs. PC

ArmA sucks hairy monkey balls.  I struggle for nearly 4 hours to like it.  I couldn't find a single redeeming quality and uninstalled it.

I agree with Vince, go with unported.

I guess realistic physics calculations and more movement and capabilities to other shooters out there.  The game requires a high end computer, but the level of detail and expansiveness make it a winner for me.  I also heard Vince raving about VBS2 as well.  It's based on the same engine folks.  If you like Battlefield 2142 or something, then it probably isn't your cup of tea.

I wasn't raving about it, I was talking about it.

If anything, I was more incredulous that it requires a parallel port decryption key.

I have a high end computer, and it still looks like shit.

ArmA's graphics were subpar at best.  The movement was retardedly slow and if I recall, the whole vehicle system just sucked.  In addition one of it's biggest draws was the high player count, but I never got above BF2 numbers without it lagging so horribly bad you couldn't play it.

I also have yet to play a game that IMO really captured the effects of recoil realistically.  ArmA was yet another good idea, bad implementation game in my book.

Get the Systema Bore-up cylinder set instead.  It will put less stress on your gearbox.
