Need Help Finding This

I remeber seeing this on the discovery or military channel but they were testing this sort of material that hardens on contact. It was similar in weight to a cotton t-shirt and could stop puncture wounds. ANyone know what it is, I thought it was dragonskin but found out thats something completely different.
