I have a Black ITS tac vest that i came across and i dont need anymore. It has 6 M16 mag pouches 2 utility pouches a radio pouch and a shotgun shell holder. At also has the belt along with it and on the back i have a pouch to stick a hydration pack in. There are no rips or tears. It was a good vest and got the job dont iam asking $30 for it.
