Have you had the gun apart recently? I ask because my buddy just went thru this symptom with his CA SCAR...We took it back apart and checked his gear/piston timing...He had done a spring upgrade and when going back together, he didn't "time" his gear... We "did" that and when he test fired it we didn't have any more problems...I don't know that this will help but that is what we did to get results for his situation, Good Luck! Steve

Timing gears is a myth.

If you never want to take apart your guns, you will spend a lot more money and time without your gun. Besides, I started taking guns apart with no tutorials when I was 13.  Try not filling the clip so much and try pushing the air nozzle back with your finger (DON'T PUSH TOO HARD), it worked on my friends AK 47, but it might not work with the UMP...

Pushing the air nozzle wont do anything. It should be on a spring system thats operated by the motion of the gears, and will return to any position it wants to even after being "pushed".

The problem you're describing has happened to me before. It stemmed from 3 things, magazine well, magazine, and hop up. The mag well was plastic, and too loose around the magazine, so the magazine wouldn't seat properly against the bottom of the feed tube. I was using crappy hi cap mags, enough said. My hop up had a very weak bucking, it was too easy to push bb's through the chamber.  My solution? Classic Army.

If you LOVE your TSD, look into a stiffer bucking, different mags, and the integrity of your mag well. Otherwise, reconsider your weapon choice. When I say that, I don't mean to sound like an ass, if I do, I apologize, but money saved while buying an AEG will never compensate for the loss of quality.

The TSD is a clone of the G&G which is notorious for double feeding issues.  Do some research on the G&G, that will give you a better idea what you are looking for.
