Highly Upgraded CA M15A4 (rifle)--- Good Condition W/ Scope
« on: December 31, 2007, 01:07:59 AM »
Hello all,

I'm a member of TAC, and someone suggested that I should advertise this gun on here.

It's been frustrating for me, because this gun SOLD already for $310 on ebay, but the guy who won the auction messaged me, stating that he was unable to purchase the gun, because something personal had come up.

SO, as I would much rather have my cash right now, I figure I'll offer it up 1 more time on here before it ebays again.

I'll take $300 for it or the best offer.

Here is the write up I had for it on ebay:

You are viewing a highly-upgraded M15A4 by Classic Army. I have personally used this gun for the past year, and I have nothing but good to say about it. I really, really regret having to give this baby up, but I have to help pay-off my new airsoft gun, which is replacing this one.

I will give a run-down of the specs below.

Gun Specs:

(** Keep in mind, this gun is internally upgraded very well. I have put a couple hundred into it's gearbox, etc.**)

- Full metal body, truly lives up to the classic army standards.

- Currently shoots at 350-380 fps (m120 spring, I'll explain all upgraded parts below...)

- Fully Adjustable metal hop-up

- Extremely high ROF (rate of fire), this gun is cranking out 1000-1100 rpm... I have received many comments on how quick the bbs fly out of this guy.

- Tough/roughed up look, --in otherwords, I have purposely left the 'battle scars' on this gun. I could easily cover them up with a few touch-ups, but that takes away the rugged look that most airsofters prefer. If you MUST have a completely 'new finish' look you can easily clean the gun up with flat black spray paint. (I personally would not do so... it will get dinged up during any skirmish)

- Has it's own personal serial number. Every M15A4 by CA was given it's own serial number. Nice little add-on for sure.

- Magazines are full metal. I am including 3 mags for this gun. 2 of them work, but 1 needs to be opened up for cleaning (it doesn't wind atm). One of the three mags is the VN styled mag, and the other 2 are basic M16 mags. The 2 standard sized mags are 300 (wind-up) round mags, while the VN is a 110 round (no winding) spring mag. (One of the 300 round mags is a CA brand, it is very, very solid.) I still recommend purchasing another mag for this gun, as you can never have too many M16 mags for it.

- Breaks down nicely, this thing comes apart very similar to the real-steel gun. Very easy to get to the gear box.

-Charging handle is movable, but has no affect on opening the chamber of the gun.

**UPGRADED PARTS **(these parts have been in for only a few months, and have had little use due to me being in college and not airsofting much):

1) Brand-new Systema M120 spring (350-380fps)

2) Brand-new Systema Piston Head (has more holes in it, which allows for better air compression, very nice upgrade)

3) Brand-new Systema M16 Cylinder (Has no hole in it, very good for the M16 airsoft gun, solid upgrade)

4) Brand-new Systema Rubber Hop-up bucking. (The old one was wearing out, it was time for a new)

5) Brand-new ICS steel gears. (Can support up to an M150 spring, but don't put one into this gun, AEGs do not agree well with springs over M130)

6) Brand-new KM-HEAD Tightbore Barrel, size 6.03 (This barrel easily added great accuracy, plus an extra 10-20 fps, this barrel does NOT jam if kept clean) -- stock barrel is 6.08, so this is a HUGE difference.

I am including the 4x40 scope you see on the gun. This scope is full metal, and is worth around $50+. This is a really nice scope for this gun, but you will have to sight it in for your own use. I loved this scope, and will miss it.

Again, all these upgrades led me to putting around $200+ into this gun, you are truly getting quite a weapon!

This gun sells 'new' (in most cases) for around $285-$315 (plus shipping...), depending on the website you purchase it from. Based on how well this thing is running, and how well I've taken care of it, I would seriously consider this gun before rushing out to purchase a brand new one, this one is already upgraded!

On a final note, I strongly suggest that only an experienced airsofter make this purchase. If you do not know about airsoft gun internals, or how to care for the gun to keep it running, you may struggle with the up-keep on it. I treated it as though it were one of my real-fire arms, and that is why it is still in terrific shape.

(gun weighs around 9-10lbs with the scope on it, very solid feel)

**Battery not included** BE SURE TO RUN A 9.6v Battery with this gun

Thanks guys, let me know if you are interested.

Yes, I will.   You did see the youtube review right?   I left the link, and that shows the gun better than any picture could ever justify it.

I'll post some pics below, hope they help out.

No prob, I just wanted to make sure it was an obvious link rather than one that was easy to miss.   Have fun in Hawaii bud!  My mom lived up there for 4 years, said it's gorgeous.
