Tactical Solutions Group - customer service

This a copy of my latest email to Jim Roncal @ Tactical Solutions Group.

The date is Feb 8, 2009. I still have not received two of the items that I paid you for on Jan 19, 2009 and you have not responded to my phone calls or emails. I have not received the pistol or the lubricant. I want a phone call to let me know what you are doing to get me the items that I have paid for. If you are unable to get the items to me in the next couple of days, I want a credit to my card immediately. Please contact me asap. I will post this experience to all the Airsoft sites and forums. I am very unsatisfied with customer service of "Tactical Solutions Group" and "At Risk PI".

That sucks, but threatening someone isn't going to help your case, if anything it now gives them an excuse and motive to be a dick back to you.

And what is At Risk PI?

Here is the response from "Tactical Solutions Group" AKA "At Risk PI" after my post here. The email he says he sent on Friday was not received but I am glad they are willing to take care of things now.  

Mr. Lewis,

I sent an email to you on Friday about the remainder of your order.  We have issued a credit for the missing equipment plus the cost of shipping.  We have been informed that we are no longer allowed to sell any Glock replicas due to a pending law suit between Glock USA and the manufacturer of the airsoft pistol you ordered.

We really want to keep your business and I will ship you any green gas gun that we carry for the price you have already paid.

That's the same as not only offering you a refund but also giving you up to an extra $30 for your trouble.

All of this was detailed in the email that was sent.

We certainly apologize for the inconvenience but we did not expect to have the box with the remainder of your order sent back to us.

If this meets with your approval just shoot me an email with the airsoft pistol you want instead and its on the way.

If not then you will be issued a refund.
