Bad Service
« on: December 31, 2008, 10:46:29 AM »
I don't usually talk bad about a company  but this one is warranted...

I had some issues  with my Airsoft gun so I take it to Vanguard Paintball 3821 East Baseline Road
Gilbert, AZ 85234 //(480) 507-9420//( they were the closest Authorized, airsoft repair place near my house)...I go there and I waited for over an hour to be waited on , and this point i can understand as the store had several customers  but they all wanted Paintball related stuff and there was only 1 person working while 3 other employees milled around...... finally, I explained to the owner what was going wrong with my gun and left it for service...2 days later I returned to pick my gun up, was charged 28.00,  I get it home and fire less that a full mag in it and I have the same issues... I returned the gun first thing Monday morning and checked on it yesterday only to find that my gun had not even been looked at yet.... I was told that it might be ready by Saturday..... WARNING::: based on my personal experience, I will never spend anymore money in that store!!! I hate crappy service...

I'm sorry to hear that you received bad service, and I'm not trying to make excuses for those guys, but we also have been extraordinarily busy these last few days. I understand your frustration, maybe we can help here on the forum? What problems are you having with your gun? What type of gun is it (model, manufacturer, etc)? Is it still under warranty? Hopefully it's a simple issue that can be resolved quickly.

Possibly there is more to my problem that what the guy at Vanguard can fix...

CA MP5SD  AEG  2500 Mah battery//brand new Echo 1 mag// .2gr Echo 1 bb's// unsure of internals as I got the gun used...

Before the issues started, my gun would shoot 120+ feet straight and true at @ 310FPS w/..2g bb's.... NOW is hardly runs.....

here are the symptoms...

bullets roll out the barrell, ..when the gun does shoot , the bullets only go about 20-25 feet before they flair.  It shoots @ 280FPS/ w.2g bb's... I have adjusted the HOP all the way up thru all the way DOWN and it makes no difference... bullets still act stupid

I PMCS'd this weapon......
had a new hop up bucking installed and a new air nosel installed.....this did not fix the issue...What else could be the issue??? any ideas???

Try to bring it by the store if you can, it'll be difficult to diagnose without seeing it. Call first to make sure a technician will be available when you come in.

i live right next to vanguard. i wouldn't take my gun to them if i had something wrong with my gun only because it is primarily a paintball store but to get ammo and small things i would go there. Not for repairs. I know the owner and i still wouldn't take it there for repairs.

I stopped by Vanguard a few weeks ago just to see what they had.  It was a fiar selection of stuff.  The owner was friendly and showed me a few guns.  But he did not seem all that knowledgeable about them.  I don't know if he is the one who works on airsoft guns.  If I was on that side of town and just needed bb's then I'd shop there.  But if I was making a big purchase I'd call Vanguard on my to Gearbox just to check their price.  You can't go wrong going to Gearbox and talking to Ron, Jermiah and I think the blonde one is mike.  They are very knowledgeable and won't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.
