galaxy mp5 pdw magazine problems

my mp5 pdw has three mags. a small cap mid and high cap. for some reason no matter what bb's i put in the mid and hi cap it wont feed into the gun. the small cap sometimes works every other shot. but the hi and mid cap i have to turn the gun upside down for it to even think about firing. i have a Galaxy mp5 pdw. it has been in one game.

I would take the highcap apart and release the tension on the spring...... or
once you fill the highcap with bbs wind it at least 25 times and then tap it on your leg to tense up the spring......or
it could be something wrong with the feed tube on your gun

take it into Gearbox, Batman could take a look for you,

thanks alot. i was going to go to gearbox if anything else i tried wouldnt work. i took apart the high cap but to no avail. OFF TO GEARBOX I GO!!!
