Is this place pretty fun?  It looks pretty tight.  It doesn't say anything about magazines, so I assume high caps are allowed?  (I'll still only carry one high cap and 5 midcaps)

Yea i think this place is fun and they don't care what size mag you use

Sweet, I wish they would only allow 1 high cap or no winding mags at all, makes the game more realistic.

I only pack high-caps, but then the vast majority of new AEGs these days ship with only high-caps.  For some guns it's rather difficult (if not all but impossible) to get mid-caps.  It sucks, but it's the nature of the beast, I'm afraid.
