what next?
« on: April 22, 2009, 08:22:29 PM »
So I'm needing to sell my precious Echo 1 G36K because I badly need the money and I haven't been able to do any games in quite a long time. (By the way I'm selling it stock for $150, 20 less than I bought it for and hardly used if anyone's interested.) But I'm hopefully getting into the border patrol, and when I do, I'll be making bank compared to what I used to do. So I'm already planning on what to get next. I want you, the people of this site, to tell me your opinions on what a good brand to look at is, types of guns, any suggestions on a good way to go. My interests are either gunner capabilities and/or great accuracy. Please give me your honest thoughts and your reasons for said thoughts.

All the whores and poltitians will look up and shout, "Save us!"... and I\'ll look down and whisper, "No."

SRC has a great G-36 line.  CA or G&P are supposed to be great brands when it comes to ArmaLites.  And G&G, VFC, and STAR all have very nice SCARs.  I just named the big ones, and I don't really know who makes the best AKs, though (I've heard VFC and Dboys).  All of these are what I've heard and experienced first-hand.  Let me know what you're interested in, and I'll give you why I think it's better than another brand.

I recommend the sales thread for the G36, G&G and G&P have great Armalites, so does KWA. For another G36 I'd take a KWA which you could turn into an MG36 if you want to be a support gunner, and SRC (TSD) has a full metal/wood out on the cheap at: http://www.airsoftstation.com/tsdtageniimo.html

Funny. You actually mentioned the 3 guns I was most interested in. Please, tell more. Also, who makes a good FAMAS? I was somewhat interested in them as well.

dude the FAMAS is a relic, and i don't think there are too many accessorizes for it. i may be wrong on that tho, i would get a TM if i was to get a FAMAS, which i think is the only company to make one.
