Very New to Airsoft in Mesa
« on: April 07, 2010, 11:15:24 PM »
Hey I'm Wolf, I never been in a real game or own a gun. I had some friends who were starting to get me in to Airsoft but then I moved here to AZ from CA. I am pro at fist person shooter games. However thats not going to help me make any new friends. I am saving to buy my fist gun this month. I was reading around and there is no real post for guys like me, someone who needs to learn the ropes of the game and sport. If anyone knows where I can get rules and conducts for the games and maybe a starting guide that would be great. Thanks and I hope to be joining some of you Arizona players soon.   :D

That's as basic as information can get.

Oh, yeah. And welcome to the sport and the state.

As far as what you actually want to know:

Search for whatever questions you have, if you can't find the answer, then ask.

Rules/regs will be different at every game. Ask the game organizer about them.

Rule of thumb, call your hits, don't call others' hits. Be respectful of the game, yourself, and everyone else. Bring eye protection and use it. Follow the rules and don't cheat.

Hey Carbon you should really check out Raptr, not only can you import your xfire account but you can add your console system I highly encourage that you check it out. If you like xfire you'll love it.

If you ever make it up to Peoria, we host games every Saterday unless noted, and sometimes Sunday at Fightertown in Suprise. Check the RSVP for details on local games, having a BBQ May 8th, should be a hell of a fight.
