Dont know whats wrong with my m4.
« on: April 04, 2010, 02:51:24 PM »
ok i recently just has an echo1 m4 and a classic army m15a4 be parts swapped to make one complete gun. when i got the gun back from the shop it was fine. i wanted the wires going through the front grip to come out a little further to use my peq box. i was careful at pulling them to not yank them or pull them too far. now the gun only fires either upside down, or when i turn it on its side and upside down in a swivel motion. could it be a loose wire?

If it is firing at all then the wiring is fine; the feeding issue will be related to the Hopup unit or the mag. Did you shift anything around? Have you made sure that the hopup is installed correctly? Have you tried firing with several different mags?

Take the plate at the bottom of the grip off and see if the contacts on the wires are on the contacts on the motor firmly.

Be careful to note how the wires in the grip are routed.
