As we are in our 4th month of this event, many people are still wondering what our voting criteria is, or if our judges are totally blind and are voting using the “dart board method”.
Per month, the voting is based on the person who best encapsulates the "femme fatale", killer airsofter, assassin, sexy bond girl look. Now put all that in a great photogenic pose... People disagree with the winners we've had so far, but keep in mind the few entrants we've received.
As for our voting criteria, attached are pictures to help clarify the sort of look that would get winning votes. A couple disclaimers:
1. Yes, I know these are professional models and/or professional settings. These are merely "generalizations" or examples to strive for. The examples provided show very simple to very complex poses and settings, but they all seem to capture a great “Femme Fetale” feel.
2. Some of these outfits are pretty outlandish, but with a bit of imagination and a good camera, there’s no reason why a lady airsofter cannot capture such looks or poses. “Gatling Girl” is totally extreme, but if someone sent in an entrant like that, it would probably floor my judges. But many of the attached poses are fairly simple, which are quite attainable by anyone. Some of the winners we’ve had so far have had great, imaginative (and sexy) poses, without having to strip down to almost nothing.
3. We appreciate all entrants that participate, and won’t turn any away (unless the entrant is totally naked or the image is totally wrong for the contest), so even if you can’t replicate such photos, don’t let that prevent you from entering.
4. The images below are pulled from the internet. I have no idea who owns the rights to them, and if anyone out there owns the rights to one of these and wants me to pull it, then I will.
