Combat Airsoft Group
« on: January 08, 2004, 12:32:36 PM »
Combat Airsoft Group is a new airsoft team located in the Scottsdale area.  We are dedicated to realistic, Mil-Sim airsoft and play at least twice a month as a team.  Our original members are as follows:

azsarge - Rifleman (M4A1)
Matt - Gunner/Rifleman (Mk43 Mod 0/M4A1)
Solitary UDT - Marksman (SR15 Match)
Boondock Saint - Sniper/Rifleman (M40/M4A1)
Kopper - Sniper/Rifleman (Custom Rifle/M4A1)

We are interested in motivated individuals who would like to be a part of CAG.  Notify me via Private Message if you would like to tryout.  The requirements for membership are as follows:
-18+ years of age
-MUST be able to provide your own transportation
-Must be a paid AA member
-Must pass a physical fitness test
-Must have your own equipment, weapon, gear, etc.
-Must have at least 2 weekend days per month free for training/games.  (No more than 3 weekend days will be needed.)
-Must be dedicated and show motivation on the field.
-Must pass a field proficiency exam (which will include, but is not limited to, a shooting evaluation specific to your role, a field movement evaluation, a communications evaluation, and a comprehensive equipment check)

-In addition to these requirements, all applicants will be asked to participate in an oral interview with select founding members of the team.

We will show up as a team, and play as a team for the games we attend (unless stated otherwise beforehand).  This means matching attire (BDU's, and equipment when appropriate).

Feel free to ask any questions, and PM me with application information.

We do not have a website, and most likely never will.  Frankly, I don't see the need.  If you require certain information, it will be provided to you.

EDIT:  We are currently working on a training/OPFOR Detachment comprised of additional members than those listed above.
