The black "button" as you call it is the loading nozzle. I've seen every single WE I've come across do that, I have 5 of them.
The loading nozzle sticks forward. Try breaking the gun down, cleaning it a good lube job. Should do the trick.

i cleaned it real good...  when i took it apart.

there was a O ring out of place.

mine is a "SD-KG-Caspian 45" made by KWC is that still the same as WE?

Two different brands. Don't know the internals of KWC's.
