found a hotwire device in my car [pic uploaded]

i found a honda hotwire device in my car was someone trying to jack my ride it looks to be a adapter of some sort and i assume its to get around using a key in a honda...

its just an adapter it looks like this adapter hooks up to a computer not a pc, a hand held device maybe used by locksmiths to bypass keys in honda cars ill take a pic of it later and no the steering column was untouched

the port on the right appears to be your obd2 port. As such, it is not to hotwire the car (obd2 doesn't have that particular feature wired up), but rather a plug/play pseudotuner more than likely.

It is a adapter, for programming keys and remotes.  It does hook up to a hand held comp. looks like a black box.  LOL when I was a locksmith I had one.  The real sad truth is, i could make a key for almost all 8 cut hondas in less that 10 sec.  Chrysler products are even easer.....  Keyless ride is a company that makes remotes, keys, and programing equipement.
