So this is the only firearm in my arsenal that I'm going to show online, and it's one that I feel is the funnest to plink around and hunt small game. The rifle's name is NiSi, which is short for 96, which in turn is short for 1996; the year this model was produced according to the serial number.
I've owned her for about 10 years now and she has been all stock up until a few weeks ago when I finally began to spruce her up a bit. A make over is not truly necessary; given that she has performed flawlessly and is in perfect working condition. Still, I feel I deserve to SPLURGE some money here and there. Not too much though.
The first two "upgrades" I'll call'em, was an extended magazine release and some polymer bolt buffers to replace the stock steel buffer. The new magazine release feels a hell of a lot nicer than the stock one and looks better too. The new buffer has reduced recoil just a bit from the already non-existent recoil, and the metallic clanking noise from the metal bolt striking the stock metal buffer is now gone, and rifle noise has been dissipated. Instead of a CLANK it's a THUNK.
Here's a current image of her now. And below that is an image if the extended magazine release.
The scope, 25-round magazine and dove rail were already on the rifle when I bought it. She has plenty of magazines now.
What I'm getting for her.

WILL RECEIVE AT A MUCH LATER DATEI will post updated pictures once items have been obtained and installed.
This is a low cost rifle, fun upgrades. Fun rifle all around. Doesn't compare to AR's or AK's, but ammo sure is lower priced and I don't feel guilty or concerned about shooting for fun.
