So I bought an old decommissioned PASGT vest a couple of years back, and it has never fit quite right. It just occured to me that the elastic that used to hold it around the sides was worn out, but now I face the question of how to replace it. Does anyone know how this is done? The vest is in pretty bad shape in places, because it was sandwiched between the inner and outer skins of an unarmored vehicle for a couple of years before I bought it, which is why I dont mind airsofting in it. But because of this, I dont want to take it some place and pay an arm and a leg trying to get it replaced either.
