Thinking of starting a team........

Im thinking of starting a team in the Queencreek/gilbert/mesa area. I will recruit anyone young or old, newb or vet. Im a newb myself only 5months of playing airsoft. No we are not milslim so it does not really matter what gun you have. Just make sure you do have a gun and its not a piece of crap. Like I said im just thinking of it im not sure if it will happen yet. So far we have like 5 poeple who would be willing to join. Untill it cools down we would play at Vanguard because playing in 100+ degree weather doesnot seem to appealing to me. So post if you would be interested maybe. Also to join ill most likley have a small application or maybewe would have to see you play.

Just to make sure you know, its hard to make a team, 97 and 3/8 of the time. But, no one on this site will discourage you  . So, i wont, and i say go at it with arms open! But, i would reccomend thinking about it more. Listen to me or not, heres some thing to think about before opening the team
Is there an age limit
Do i want it to be casual or serious
Will you do games
Do you have the time (and money hehe)
Are there a lot of players in your area
Do you have the gear if you choose it to be serious
Do you know enough about the game
And lots of others. I reccomend thinking this over before going at it, but if you feel this is something you would love to do this, go at it, but like you mean it. We actualy have some merch and a very small website we will be adding more on to. Webs.com is the best place for websites. So, if you love the sport, go at it!

I do have experience being leader of a team (not airsoft) so I know the hard work it takes. I know there are players in the area because i live 30mins away from vanguard. I still dont know if were going to be serious like I said I was only thinking of starting one Im not sure yet. I just kind of want to see who might be intrested we still only got 5 poeple. Yes we will do games but not now in the summer. We will wait to it cools down here. The age limit is most likley going to be most likley 10-18. Like I said im still uncertian about some stuff and it might not even happen I just want an idea of who is interested.
