I find it abhorrent that they have not made arrangements to apologize to her in person...

They did this without any thought, just to bully someone, group mentality, and I am surprised that no one else on the bus attempted to stop it, guess I will just paint the whole group of kids/teenagers on that bus with the same brush,YELLOW...
