*EPIC FACEPALM*

lol I failed hardcore. when I originally checked the date I must have thought the "8" in 28 was "6" which in my mind made perfect sense, because its the "memorial day lock-in" and all

so I retract all my previous statments about it being a school night, and what not.  :-X

I work at Vanguard guys so.........
Friday nights are without a doubt where most of the adults attend. Of course there are little kids, but it's mainly adults.
Saturdays 10am-6pm is not a good time for you to go if you want to play with an older crowd. Saturday nights are very crowded but it is mostly with the adults.
Sunday from 12-4pm is a huge no-no. That is the time when we have our parties and all the kiddies come in. Sunday nights however it seems that they just all vanish. Like normal there are still some kids, but mostly honest adult/trustworthy players.

On another note. We are now placing Refs back into the field as often as we can. They are either playing or walking around and watching. So we are trying our best to crackdown on the "superman" players.
We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.

I dont know, i think i'm out of school before then. Lets see....... we have 1 and a half weeks left and next saturday is the 19th. All gilbert public schools should be on vacation by theh . I don't think high school would get out that much earlier than junior high and elementary schools.

I tend to go on Sunday the 4-8pm session and I've never really had a problem with little kids.  There are a few there, but it's a smaller crowed with mostly older players 16+ I would say.  That's probably your best bet.

I go to Vanguard fairly often and I cant lie that there are days that I get close to raging due to me clearly hitting people (and seeing people vey visibily flinching) and they claim that they some how did not get hit. When this happens, I point it out the the refs and they pull the kids out and make an example of them which usually solves the problems. In essence, give the refs some feedback and games  improve significantly.

I recently went back and although there were the usual kids not calling hits. But i flipped shit on a group of kids for lighting me up during a zombie game. They shut the f*ck up and stopped shooting me for like the rest of the day. it was fun
I use to airsoft, then I took a BB to the knee.

Friday night seems like a good time to go. I had a great time playing during the 8pm to 12am session yesterday ( Friday, June 8 ). The majority of us were well over 16 and were calling hits.

school night?  that would be awesome if there were no little kids and all..
but its summer.
I realize that while most people suck, there are still some genuine characters that exist out here. I'll show my appreciation by being genuine in return.
Love the sport.

Went there this past Sunday from the 4-8 session..... Never again.

I wish I could have spend 50 dollars somewhere else.

I will give them the fact that they have a nice store, but everything about that field just irritates me, and I love CQB.

I think I'll stick to the fields for now....
