Dont buy a pistol, buy an AEG so you can really get in on the game.

Tokyo Marui makes a couple spring sniper rifles (VSR-10's) that are about $160...

If your going to get a MP5 then get a CA. It'll pay off in the end.

Whoah Whoah Whoah. First off I did not drop the idea of getting TM MP5. Second I'd like to say that I'm not in the market for another spring gun (after what happened to my Super 9), but thanks anyways. And last, I believe by saying CA you mean classic army......right? Well, I'm not in the market for a CA either because of their extreme unreliability, but thanks.[;)]

PS: Anyone got a TSG-1, a little pricey but heh, it's a good gun

CA is not what it used to be and are very reliable now.  CA has made a big turn around in there product.

Really? Wow, because I know where you can get a CA MP5 for $300 w/out shipping fees. I almost bought it, but then i remembered that it was a CA so I didn't.....but heck, they are supposed to be better than TM's and if they are actually reliable, then maybe i'll buy one.

CA has become quite top-notch and they really have a lot to offer on one of their "stock" guns.

Im Rusty on my Airsoft knowledge and Skills

It's me, the "infamous Kelpie." I've been gone from this forum because I kind of gave up airsofting half a year ago and I was going to start paintballing instead (due to people cheating). As I gave up airsofting I stopped posting here. Anyways, I don't know much about the new airsoft guns out there, and was looking into getting a new airsoft gun.........my precious Super 9 broke just as you guys said it would. I guess you guys were right about the Super 9's being cheaply built, and unreliable and all. I was thinking about the Wilson (replica) V12 from Western Arms. Is this a RELIABLE gun(i don't want another airsoft gun to break like my dumb super 9 did)? Thanks

PS: I'll try not to be a butthead anymore[;)]
