Pretty cool! They make a double barrel as well.

I imagine the decibels are much louder at sight of the pop, verses the user, so, depends?
If that damn thing is like 200dbl, you are going to knock someones hearing out

Also, don't they make you sign some kind of FEL waver for it? Might not be worth the risk. O.O

I read they average 100-120db. The screamers do 100db as they fly then explode at 100-120db

Not only jumping through hoops, but the storage requirements for the devices once you have a FEL is intense and can't be stored in most residential locations but have to be stored off site in approved zoned locations in approved explosives storage magazines ($17,000 and up for small ones, unless you only plan on storing a small number of them in a smaller type 2 box.. even then they are multiple $1000's).

Up to six years ago they used to not require the FEL....over regulation results in stagnation.
