I recently bought a KSC USP Compact and a metal slide from DenTrinity Shop in HK.
When I got it, I found that the screw that holds the internals in the plastic slide had the head stripped, so I had to dremel a notch in the head for a flat-head screwdriver to get the screw out and change out the slides.
I ended up telling DenTrinity about the problem and asking for part replacemnets, they didn't send me the parts, but they refunded my entire purchase! + SHIPPING!!! [:O] [

I thought they were just going to say they couldn't do anything and leave me in the dust, but they definitely made up for the problem.
