Uhhh, that shotgun didn't actually have a pistol grip as defined by federal statute, buddy.  That was just more bush squattings.  Can't make much sense from the rest of your post.  Sorry.

Yeah I saw the Pic Of Kerry holding the shotgun.
Had his finger on the trigger the whole time he was holding it

Dude, are you drunk?  Are you aware of what constitutes a pistol grip under federal law?  If so, why are you claiming that what Kerry was holding was a weapon considered to have a pistol grip under the definition of federal statute?

You'll say just about anything regardless of it's validity to defend the bush monkey, won't you?

ya...i do agree with lead this time. well i guess thats because its fact. I saw the same picture (i think half the world population has by now) and that weapon is very legal. heck i own one that LOOKS exactly like it. (its not semi auto tho....) and if i remember correctly (not saying i do) his finger is on the trigger gaurd.

well the actual definition of a pistol grip varies from what you people think it is I beleive here is a definition-
n] a handle (as of a gun or saw) shaped like the butt of a pistol

Well if you beleive that definition or not that gun bill would have banned that gun so obviously the people who made that bill knew (it was not passed luckily). If you really want to argue with me on that definition or the interpretaion of it or whatever, you should be argueing with the people who made the Bill(hopefully you get my point)
