Did i mention Just HOW Much I Love Japan!

Weight rooms here are whack, haven't been able to get in the gym here as they lack the needed weight I require!  So my weight has shifted, cardio is good to go as I have been running a lot.  But arms, chest and back have gone soft in the last 2 months!

I need to write a book on this huh?  Joking aside, I lived in Tokyo for 2 years back in 98 & 99 so I kind of got the inside track on how to "operate" in Japan.  Talk 2 me when I get back, I have some stories for y'all.
