Do you want a riser mount or a scope mount?
The link Cheese boy posted was to a scope mount, while the link you provided was for a riser.
Think of it this way: What kind of optic do you have, and where do you want to put it? I use a 30mm red dot (Aimpoint replica), and have it on a L-mount. The mount has a removeable block so it can be raised or lowered for co-witnessing. The optic and mount are attached to a full-length riser so I can place the optic as far forward as I want, at any position, for faster shots.
