I have to admit it to everyone.

MJ was found not guilty. If you want to believe all the media hype I feel you! Your already one of the brain washed billion!....Now if MJ   did any of the crimes he was charged for, Then he  will stand before God and recieve a greater punishment then man could ever imagine.

Not everyone believes in some god that will extract vengeance, y'know.

I look at it this way. -Imagine you are a famous singer/dancer/whatever.. Everything you are rides on the public at large's perception of you. You have literally tens of millions of dollars at your disposal.. Now, some kid and his folks come along and publically charge you with molesting junior.

Do you

(A)- Go after this bunch for slander with the millions you have and an army of lawyers..

(B) -Pay the people off...

This was long before the current charges.

He took B, I don't see that as the action of someone who didn't do it.

Now, the guy had his day in court. He was acquitted. But people will have their own opinions of this, religious atonement nonwithstanding.

Mooncruiser, I have a feeling he paid him off because of the fact that he knew what would happen physically and emotionally. Just look at this trial. I mean, you look at pictures of him today, and he is a bean pole, utterly frail. He had his trial and was found not guilty by a jury of his peers. Ironically, the pundits were saying that the jury would be sympathetic towards the prosecution because of the couple of jurors who know victims, and perpetrators of molestation.
