upgrading spring

when upgrading to a m110 spring is there anything i need to do to anything else in the gearbox?

What kind of AEG is it going into?

Like Dave said, if it's a stock TM you will need to install metal bushings.  Other than that, you will be fine since it's not much more powerful than a stock spring.

You're a douchebagface for many reasons, but here's 2:

1)  I don't bash necroposters.  I'm one of the few who think that if there's something to add to a post, then no problem with resurrecting it.

2)  It wasn't a necropost, per se.  There were tons of other posts, that were of course pointless, so I deleted them and added something helpful to the original question.  I didn't look at the date, but it was in the active topics.
