Batman Begins
« on: June 16, 2005, 02:16:37 AM »
Saw it Wednesday with Raith, Ganef, Nil8r, and Nil8r's wife.

In my opinion it was the perfect Batman movie.  I would highly recommend it.  Hopefully they will make another one in the same style (with Mark Hamill as Joker!).

I liked it so much I think I might go see it a second time at the IMAX theater.

Did you see it the first time at the IMAX?  That sounded appealing enough to drive from Tucson.

I saw it at Arizona Mills.  From what I hear it is well worth the exta money to see it on the IMAX screen.

Saw it today in IMAX!! Worth every penny!

WARNING SPOILER AHEAD!!!

The only thing that bothered me was the focused microwave weapon would have vaporized all the people too, cause people are 65% water. :?

Excellent point! These Hollywood charachters, think they can defy the laws of science.

Slight correction to cmptrewd: it's actually 2/3 (ie 66.66...%). No biggy though. Hee hee.

Did you drink your 2 quarts of water today?

*ahem* Back to topic. I really enjoyed the movie. Everyone I know keeps comparing it to spider man and, in my opinion, you can't really compare them. Two different charachters, and two different stories.

I agree.  It was an excellent movie, and one of the few that I would say is worth full price.  :)
