I opened up my moms Double Eagle M4 (ya, ya, shutup) to see if I could fit it with a longer barrel or a bigger spring, and discovered that a 1/4 inch long screw had wormed it's way into the gearbox! I pulled the little bugger out and it was bent. An interesting stuation for me.

It wasn't meant to be a question, I was telling a tale. And yes my mom has a double eagle M4, she got my old one when she got interested in airsoft, big deal.

tring to get my wife intrested in airsoft. she likes to plink arond the house with the guns but wont go to a game yet

Ya, I already extricated the screw from the gearbox. So it was just a post of useless information of no significant relevance to anyone elses life. i feel geeky now.
