Good eye.  It's an SP/SF car.  IIRC, the security police were patrolling the flightline and ran into this F15.  

I got all kinds of sh*t like this, all Air Force.  Not that they're bad drivers, just that they have huge flightlines with lots of aircraft and other vehicles.  

In the Army, we have far less GSE (ground support Equipment) than the AF.
