I really like mine.  I even took it to Lion Claws AND GOT TO USE IT!

The suppressor is a must, get the good one.  It's a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion...

http://airsplat.com/Items/AC-UP-KSC-SL-M1.htm

I carried it in a drop down leg holster, bolt closed no mag attached, with the suppressor stored in a pouch.  I placed tabbed electrical tape over the magazine grip to keep dirt out until ready for use.

When it was time for action, I pulled off the tape, pulled back the bolt, slipped in a mag, then screwed on the suppressor (giggling to myself the whole time at the love some Alpha soldier was about to receive).

This is not the ideal quick setup one would normally want with their backup weapon.  But I have to tell you, I've seldom had more fun shooting at the enemy than with this gun.

By the way, it chronoed in at around 330, as I recall.

Yea, and there is nothing scarier than hearing a whir and having 50 bbs come at you in ~1 second.

You Da man Lead!!! I saw you luging that thing around on your leg. I should have been smart like you, and removed the mag from my Glock. But Alas I did not, and the mag was lost somewhere near Grant. Also was 330fps with .20's or .25's?

I've had mine for about 3 years, and use it regularly in skirmishes and CQB.

GreenGas is the only thing I've used in it so far, and I chrono at 300 every time. Accuracy is good (ask the sniper i took out with it @ 40 yds at ASOC a couple years ago :) )

They need to make a drum mag for the Mac in my opinion because it cycles through bbs so quickly. Plus, a drum mag for a mac would give that AEG a little bit of competition it didn't plan for  .
BTW, I found a tight bore barrel on the interent for the Maruzen Mac 11. I don't know if it would fit the KWA/KSC version. I bet it could be made to fit with minor filing.
If anyone has ever taken notice to a KWA/KSC Mac barrel vs. a Maruzen can you confrim they are different or the same.

Well, I don't know about smart.  I lost one of my mags on Saturday not far from Grant too and not long before you almost stepped on that rattler, I think.  One of the mags fits in the holster and I had the other (the one I lost) monkey rigged in a pouch.  Also, I think that fps was with .20's (yeah, I know.  No big deal).

Not realy, in my opinion when dealing with a GBB anything over 298fps is nice!!! I have a 6inch limited sometimes shoots 370!!!

Wow, that's pretty cool.  Is it gas blowback and mostly metal?

Can it handle green gas  (HFC22)?

Well it's tokyo Marui so according to most places it's designed for HFC134a but I've heard Tokyo Marui can take green gas.

Yeah, I have the problem with the bolt not recocking after each shot, it acts like there is no gas pressure, I found out why on mine:

I have a KWA MAC-11 with a magnesium bolt, After a few hours of shooting the un jamed and i owned it up to find that a plastic part on the bolt (The plastic tube on the spring that slides on the silver tube, you gotta take out the three screws in the back internals of the gun to see it) had broken off. No big deal I thought, then my gun began to not recock, so I lubed it, it worked well, for a short time. So i put it to rest for a while, I thought it was because it was cold out (im playing in winter XD). So I went on here looking for a way to help, and after a couple hours, I stumbled across this site. Anyways, if you completely rip the gun apart, and examine the silver tube and the plastic peice around it (its removable), you can push the tip of the silver peice in, a valve opens up, which takes in gas from the magazine, and stores it in the plastic peice. My plastic peice, broke beyond a wide washer, therefor causing a major leak, which doesn't give enough pressure to push the Bolt back.
As of now My gun is in peices, the spring in the plastic peice is stretched beyond repair and the pin that holds it in place is missing, anyone have ANY idea where i can buy a new magnesium bolt, or the plastic peice w/ a spring and pin? plz help :(.
