Either buy them or use paracord.
For paracord either buy 100mph tape and tape them on around the sides or knott the ends and slip them under the floorplate of the mag(if it has one). Some use all 100mph tape but as for me I just get TM standard mags and put ranger plates on them. Magpulls are pretty nice and though are a bit pricy perhaps they do add too your performance.

And if you get magpuls of G36 mag, you'll need some easy mods. Just boil a pot of water, dip the end that you'll place on the mag, then stretch it over. THe only problem is that you can use that magpul any more.
