Dear ****,

Thanks very much for your e-mail.
Yes, VFC will release HK416 about AUG or SEP.
It will include both 10.5 inch and 14.5 inch.
It means you can change 10.5" or 14.5" by yourself.
VFC is developing SCAR, too.
It will be released next year.
I can also tell if this year is AK year, then next year will be FN year.
VFC will present FNC (with 3 burst function), SCAR and MK46 next year.
Please refer to the attached file for SCAR prototype.
Thank you for supporting VFC product.

Best Regards,

Kyou

Its VFC, I dont expect a dissapointment, probably going to be a great gun. My VFC ak is amazing, so I don't expect anything less from this gun.

That gun is pretty awsome, the only part I don't like about it is that bulky section where the body ends and the stock begins.

that might leave alot of room for batteries and other goodies!

Yeah its my hope that they'll be able to stick a regular sized gearbox and then find a way to fight in a large battery or something. As long I'd be powered for a whole day of constant shooting I'd be happy.

Wouldn't this gun look alot better in black? The silver/tan looks a liitle toyish, I just think a black version would be nicer, what do you guys think?

Personaly I think having one flat color on a regular gun is good...But the VFC SCAR L is no regular gun so I like the colors as they are.

The rail is unfinished, obviously. I assume they're still trying to figure out a finishing solution for that. It's much easier to introduce dyes into plastics than to mix/apply paints or refinishing techniques. It'll be the yellowish color that the real ones are, the whole thing will. I saw the real piece at SHOW Show camp and it was very becoming.
