10.8v battery

If I use a 10.8v should I have the fuse removed from my gun? It has upgraded spring, barrel, piston head only.. Everything else is standard CA parts to my knowledge.

If everything in your gun is stock except the spring, piston head, and barrel then why would you even want to use a 10.8V battery?

I probably wouldn't run a 10.8 in that configuration.

People use 10.8v in highly upgraded PSG-1s. I use a 9.6v in my gun and I am satisfied with the ROF (rate of fire) and capacity. Plus a 10.8v can break your gun or cause damage.

What ca gun is it? A 10.8 might cause you rof to increase so much youd have feeding issues

Well, the gun stopped working altogether after I fired a few rounds in semi with the 10.8v so I thought it had to be the fuse, I didn't need to change it since I first got it which was over 7,000 rounds on a 9.6v without any problems.

It's a G36K. Would high-speed gears support the 10.8 better? What configuration would be suitable? It's a 3300mah 10.8v.

Dont need a 10.8, anything within our limits a 9.6 should be good enough. A lot of people remove the fuses, but I like to keep mine in just to protect the gun.

Like I said unless your going to be shooting 500 fps you dont need a 10.8v

Yeah, wow, that battery is a little over kill for a g36 K. Just stick with the 9.6, you shouldnt even need it.

I use 8.4's in my ca slr105 and the ROF seems to be fine, any faster and it would just be a waste of BBS in my opinon.

Well, the problem there is that with high speed gears and a 10.8  volt battery, you will be firing ahead of your magazine.
