If you go to paypal.com and click the big "How Paypal Works" button you get this:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?c ... al-outside

Its a service that lets you pay people using your debit card, and lets them put the money into their bank account without either of you having to know the other person's private information.

I believe as long as you have a bank account you can sign up.

You can receive money through it via a check in the mail, so you might not have any trouble using it to receive money.

It is free to use, but takes a few percent from every money transfer as commission. There is a fee schedual somewhere on the site.

Nothing, he never has any goddamn money. Just don't worry about it. Paypal is fine.

Kind of, but your best bet is your own situational awareness. In some cases Paypal can help you out, but you are largely on your own.

I'm usually pretty damn on it when it comes to selling stuff. Screwing around with business is a NO-GO. Qulevra is an acquiantance of mine and I'm giving him the thumbs up for business.

Things i have found out using PayPal are that as long as you dont screw around and pay attention to what you are doing, you will be fine. as soon as you slack off though, something is going to kick you in the nuts. like a negative balance, etc. i have a paypal debit card so i really need to pay attention to things. otherwise PayPal is EXTREMELY useful.

so which of you has been buying my stuff? damn you guys and your callsigns!!11!!!

HAR.

I dont buy used items, so therefore I don't buy directly from people. Most websites take credit cards. Do what you want, but if something happens you'll know why.
