HUGE IF for me. If there is going to be a carpool like LCV than probably but i doubt it due to it's long distance.

We are flying and I don't know of any car pools to OPNW - its in Ohio which is a day farther than Ft. Knox.....  its not cheap for sure but ....

I thought so, By going to OPNW does this get you a vet status on LC? My goal is to get into LC6 and/or OP Irene 07'.

Getting into LC6 wont be a problem.  You can register with one of the 3 groups who go from here every year, or go to Hac Bao, OPNW, Night Scoprion II or a new OP still in the planning stages.  You would likely get into LC6 even without vet status.  

Irene in 07 is not a certain.  I know registration is already filling up for Irene this year and they have not even opened it up for Vets yet.

It comes down to if you really want it... you will find a way in....

Wow used to live like 20 min from springfield and a great place to hold this kind of event. If anyone goes better watch out for the Humidity haha. I would go but dont have cash to throw down for the plane ticket.
