CA G36 wiring/motor problems
« on: September 20, 2006, 08:48:45 AM »
To put it simple, my switch assembly is making cracking noises (think of rice krispies crackling) when my gun is on full auto, and semi will not work whatsoever.  But every now and then, it'll work perfectly for a burst and the next time I pull the trigger.  Do I need a new switch assembly? Or it just needs to be tinkered around with by someone who knows a little more about gearbox electronics than me?

either a new one, or see if the contacts point can be cleaned. If they are "ate" away then a new one is needed, if not they could be cleaned to some degree. all this is located inside the gearbox
