A heart felt apology to the AA community
« on: October 03, 2006, 12:53:57 AM »
I apologize for having dropped off the radar. The project I was working on for everyone has come to a dead end. I simply could not find reasonable insurance and the community would not move on the project with out the protection of insurance.
Every paintball insurance company (who offer airsoft coverage) all stated that the field was just too close to public roads and to the community its self.
There are other spots on the reservation which would be ideal, but I wont tease yall with photos and not come through like with this project. I wont be putting the carriage before the horse anymore.
Until such time I hope to make it to an AA game and get to know yall personally. Saved up enough cash for an AEG, just not sure which to get. Thinking maybe a TM M14.
Well it is late and I should be a sleep so I may be rested in case we catch a call on the ambulance tonight.

That's cool. You're doing more to get fields than most people.

- Yeah. The fact that you even ventured out there and tried to get a commercial airsoft field is more than a lot of people are willing to do. Too many laws and people to go through--most people would've quit long before you did.

I never knew that three inches was the minimum length for a handgun barrel. I guess all of the anti-gun politicians wont be able to register their penises.

Hey Aztac...how were you planning on using a field on the res anyway?  Would it be directly off of an FR or something? Or were you just going to get permission for players to come down and play on res-land?

I'm down on the res everynight, but thats part of my job - I'm sure you can figure it out, so dont hate me, lol.  I'm here in Casa Grande if you ever want to check out an AEG or go shooting or something, lemme know.

Cheers. :D
