Madbull are the best.

Classic Army are OK too.

It's tough, but there are a few online retailers that sell replacement o-rings, bearings, and such for the shells.

One of the toughest parts is getting the bearings to stay in the four Cardinal-point holes on the cylinder. There *is* a tool that makes it easier, but what I've done in the past was to take a stiff piece of paper (like a large Post-it note) and cellophane tape. Once the cylinder is out of the shell, use a magnet and find all the bearings that fell on the floor :) .

Wrap the paper reasonably tightly around the cylinder and tape together to make a sleeve. If you wish, you can cut a small notch out to allow you to rotate the paper and keep the other bearings in place while you insert them.

Once you have all the bearing ports loaded, you can carefully reinsert the cylinder into the shell bottom, then remove the paper sleeve.

Ive rebiult dozens of these things, and alomost every time at least one of the bearings gets lost.

McMaster-Carr has bearings, any size, and alloy.  2mm is what you will be looking for if I remember correctly.. http://www.mcmaster.com/param/asp/psear ... ;121=10274

6 bucks for a hundred isnt bad.

Ace sells O-rings.

Metric or standard,  they have the right size you need. What I used to do is just take the whole barrel assembly and valve with me, and keep trying out diferent ones untill I found find a size that sits tightly in the groove, and fits snuggly when the valve was shoved into the chamber. I coulnt ever remember the number, so Id usually buy five or six at a time.

The last one I rebuilt, I used the green HNBR air conditioning O-rings, and it has never leaked once. That was nearly a year ago, and the last time I used it  was nearly six months ago. Its probably still holding the gas I last filed it with, wherever the thing is.

I personally prefer the Mad Bull  XM-204HP King Grenade it uses both Green and red gas and can also be used with CO2 plus it packs 204 bb's for a great punch :)

best of luck
