I have a Prometheus 285mm MC51 inner barrel in my CQBR, and it fits great.  I want to say the stock inner barrel was a bit shorter, but I'm not sure.  A 285mm inner barrel goes right to the end of the outer barrel.

The CQB barrel is 280mm, but a 285mm barrel fits fine in them, i had a 285mm in my old CQB and it went to the end of the outer barrel.
