my friend had the exact same gun and it was chronoed with .12 bbs at 260
i say if you only have 200 look at jungletoy.com they have TM clones that go about 300-310 with .2 bb or SRC m4 for like 290 and they shoot at about 330-340

tires, we attack. The enemy retreats, we pursue.

IF its a "marui clone" the gears in it should not hold up for long running a m120, i had a m110 in my marui ak and it never failed, but the m120  is stronger thats just my advice.

just a suggestion...buy a Marui or CA AK47 (or 74 or what ever varient you with) they are very i mean VERY strong guns, work BEAUTIFULY! and is very trusted (also don't always listn to what people rate the fps of guns, they can be flawed sometimes, like saying they are 500 fps when they really have a M120 in it, and nothing else, or the Ruger for example said to be 400-500 fps when its like 2 somthing (there is more than the spring you can buy to upgrade your internals as well)

+1. If you don't have the money for it now. Then just save it. Impatience=a waste of money in airsoft.

what's the difference between version 3 and 2 gearbox which does your guns have?

i was originally thinking of saving to get a TM M4 RIS or s-system (i am thinking of the s-system more) but it has a version 2 gearbox and isn't all metal and after buying it, it would take me a while to upgrade it

i am thinking of the M4 often now with M110 spring
but i heard it had battery issues with storage room

what upgrades would have to be made for the gun to be fairly accurate mostly metal and durable with the M110?

The V2 gearbox is all metal, the internals are all emtal except for a few items which usualy are not in any wepon. The piston trigger switch, and cylinder head , nozzelm bushings, but it would work fine stock, unless you want to upgrade it, but if you want a M4 buy a Classic army. Classic army guns are all metal one piece outer barrel metal body, pre upgraded to shoot around 350fps, and are very nice.

Unless I'm missing something, the one he linked to and the ones that JT carries are the same thing (CYMA 028's).  Sure, the CYMA's need some tweaking to really perform, but Paul D. Wog (whose opinion I value and trust) seems to think that they make solid platforms for upgrading. :)

Cons

TM
Pros
relialbe
accurate
looks like a ak47

as for V.3 and V.2 gear boxes the 3 is better for its stronger and compresses more air(from what i have heard) the V.2 ,form what i'v seen  has cracks freqeuntly.

as for TM and CA

CA has stronger internals
for most guns full metal
and less to buy if you want to upgrade them

their cons are they have faulty wireing
less advance hopup
and their older stuff seems to be crap

TM is reliable as well
has a great hopup system
seem to be more accurate

their cons are they have more plastic (if you care)

i wouldn't say one othe two is better but for an AK i would suggest to go with Classic Army.

what if i wanted a M4
because i have changed my mind toward one of those
i want a decently accurate gun and i could use a m110 or an m120 i am leaning more toward the 110 as well now.
