Questions for a Classic Army G36
« on: March 04, 2007, 08:16:01 PM »
I am looking to buy a new gun.  I am looking at the Classic Army G36.  I need a new gun since some jerk stole it out of my garage. [smilie=armata_pdt_19.gif] SO I have some questions about the battery and if anyone has some advie for me.  I was wondering what the largest size battery that I could use in it.

I think you need a 'large handguard' to run a large battery, otherwise I think you're limited to mini batteries.

Well you're not that limited with battery, I run a nunchuck in my hanguard no problem, it's a 9.6 2000 mAh Intellect and runs perfectly for a good day of gaming.

Yah options are:
1) just to get the best battery for the size that will fit its stock config. (mini type in different configs.)
2)The large forgrip (as Vince said)
3)Peq box
4)New stock that takes the large batteries ( i forgot bramnd) Im trired!

G&P.  Or you can get the Laylax stock adaptor end cap and put a crane stock on it.

a stick battery fits fine, thats what i do, 9.6 1300 mah, and i'm sure you could fit bigger ones, also nunchuck battery fits also.  i don't like the STAR handgards they are bigger and bulky and look funny. also a small battery will fit...duh...

I was thinking about using a nun chuck battery but would the foregrip need some modification to fit it in a G36?

stick/nunchuck batteries work fine, though personally i would suggest the GP full stock, although it depends what you plan to do with your aeg. I have mine dressed up for support and the 9.6 3300 large you can fit into the full stock keeps my mg36 running all day. Also, you get a much more balanced weapon with the full stock.

I'm really cheap, so I had it wired out the back, and slapped a battery bag on the stock along with an 8.4v 3300mah battery and it works just fine.  Well, everything but the hop-up, spring, piston etc.  But the battery works great.

well since i can't see them, i'm just gonna say right now
-stick battery works all day, and fits
-nunchucks, will fit
-small battery, a bitch to get in but will fit
-large will not fit, unsless you have the big foregrip, or have the full stock, which isn't worth the money i think.

as to Nautic, i wouldn't call a G36 with several hicaps a support weapon, maybe if you had the bipod forgrip, with a legit drum, and the right optics it would be an MG36 (which in turn is a support weapon, one of the Bundeswhers to tell you. (German Military))

I have the Star bipod foregrip, a Hero Arms Electric C-mag, and the proper reddot/zoom rail. I have no idea how you would know what my weapon looks like twitch, perhaps you should check the pictures first next time.

But it doesn't have the dual optic carry handle.
