Do they have a store front? I couldn't find out on their website.

Yes, but you cannot go there.

Not even if you have a two star General with you.

I was just checking, because I ordered some gear from them and I noticed they are based in AZ.

It's not really a storefront as much as an office, and it's not really that cool.

Most places are like that, although it would be cool to have a good gear supplier in AZ that had a storefront.

Last time I was at DBT they were talking about having a storefront. What you can do is order on line then go and pick up your stuff. They have always had stocking problems which is why I rarely would deal with them (part of the reason I started making my own kit).

Most of you are too cheap to pay the prices that local online dealers have, let alone having to pay the prices an actual storefront would need to charge to make their rent.

?Sarcasm On Tim you act as if there are actual tangible costs associated with employees, utilities, retail space, taxes, licenses etc to operate a store front. As if any of that would cause the price to be higher.

As to why there isn't a larger store in the Phoenix area, in my experience in most cases the larger store fronts for tact gear are situated near a military base or large training center so they have a higher local concentration of their target demographic

DBT will be growing alot in the near future.

As for picking up items, it used to be for Cops and Joes but I've heard of more civilians picking up their shit than anyone else lately.

My guess is that not many people in that specific occupational bracket were picking stuff up, so they opened it up to any locals.  It also saves them time since they don't have to bother boxing up your order and sending it via FedEx.

I've spent literally thousands of dollars with them, and have only had ONE problem, when they didn't take shipment of the OTV carriers yet.  Alot of people have had issues, but I guess I've just been fortunate.

Dealing with the same girl for every order helps though.

If you DO go to pick an order up in person, present yourself well and I don't think you'll have any problems doing it again in the future.
